Update:

We're having a lot of issues with amazon MCF. Although the storage and fulfilment is cheap we've been having many problems:

1) Amazon receiving our inventory there are always issues. Either they overcount or undercount our inventory and then we have to submit a case against them. Getting a response takies forever. We also have to wait for them to process the whole shipment which can take up to a month.

2) Orders can stay pending fulfillment progress for months. We will send a request for amazon to fulfill our orders and it will stay in fulfillment progress for months. Customers then get upset because they never receive their order.

3) Amazon shows inventory for an item but when a customer makes an order for it, amazon declines for no inventory, although it says there is inventory.

4) We've been submitting cases for amazon to refund for items that are lost, they give us 50% reimbursement for the price. They claim they get the price based on the average of the price in the last 18 months or what other sellers are selling it at. However, we are the only ones that sell our items, so it doesn't make sense.

5) we've submitted so many cases with amazon and its weeks for a response. Then the response is barely a response.

If you're willing to lose 10% of inventory, maybe you can use amazon.

Hi Arms of Andes team - we attempted to email you a few times to help you map your SKUs. Note that your SKUs must be enabled for FBA in SellerCentral to be able to map them in the MCF App. We would be happy to assist you to ensure you can easily onboard to the app!

It seems great if you are up for manually entering your FBA inventory manually on the Shopify side then mapping the SKUs. Surely there must be a way to import my existing FBA inventory INTO Shopify. I'm an established FBA seller and last thing I want to do is manually enter my products into Shopify. Looking to have FBA inventory as primary and have shopify sync off of Amazon.

Thanks for your review, Portsidetoys.
Amazon MCF app automatically maps Shopify SKUs to Amazon SKUs if SKU value is same(case-sensitive). For other SKUs, you can manually map to any valid Amazon SKU.
With respect to Inventory Sync: All mapped Shopify products which have Inventory Located At= Amazon MCF and Track Quantities is checked, FBA inventory is constantly synced into Shopify every time there is change in inventory value. There is no need to manually key in the inventory.
Hope this helps.
Please email to our support mailbox for more details, happy to help.

It works well for managing MCF orders for us but it is missing a huge feature; you cannot map a Shopify SKU with an Amazon Bundle. If we were able to map our Shopify SKUs to Amazon Bundles this would be the ideal solution for our needs. Until then, we need to handle those orders manually or pay for an expensive alternative to handle this logic.

Hi Shelter Fitness, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Amazon virtual bundles is currently not supported by the MCF app, however there are alternative apps that allow you to map your Shopify bundle to multiple Amazon SKUs. We are always looking to see what new functionalities we can add to our app - we'll keep you posted with any updates!

It mostly works, but doesn't send the "out for delivery" email or the "delivered" email that it should. Also it doesn't flag the Shopify orders with the Amazon order ID, so if you're looking at the Shopify order, there's no way to just click over and see the Amazon order.

Hi TruePrimal, thank you for your review. We want to inform you that Shopify orders can be easily located in SellerCentral using the search bar by entering "Shopify #[Order Number]". We heard your feedback and are working to implement your proposed solution as well.
For delivery notifications, Shopify is able to send order shipped notifications for all MCF orders. For orders we ship using USPS and UPS, Shopify can also send the shipment update emails, and we are working with Shopify to extend this to orders shipped via Amazon Logistics as well. We thank you for your patience and rich feedback.

Well, it's been working again as long as it wasn't syncing inventory or pushing orders through so that's good. Unfortunately getting the attention needed to fix our issues after two weeks of not-useful tech support exchanges took a one-star review. Not the best takeaway but at least now we know how to get on the devs' radar.

So still promising and easy to integrate but use caution until all of the bugs are ironed out. In the meantime, if you do install keep a close eye on things to make sure orders are actually getting pushed to FBM and you aren't over-selling out of-of-inventory SKUs.
