they don't add email and customer phone number in the MCF Orders customers and shipping company might face issues while deliveries

The primary reason I've only given 2 stars to this app is the lack of support for it. In 4 days of trying, I still can't get any. Five days ago a customer placed two orders. I sent in a request for fulfillment. FBA never acknowledged it. (Meaning, it doesn't even show up as "pending"). So the order is stuck. I can't cancel the order in Shopify because I've already requested fulfillment. And since FBA has no record of the order, there's nothing I can do on their end to resolve the issue.

Hi Zilaya - we attempted to contact you through our support email, but have not heard back yet. Please note that to be able to map your SKUs within the MCF app, you first need to create your listings in SellerCentral and enable the products for Fulfilled by Amazon. Does not Allow to have multiple shopify accounts connected, you can only use one. the old method allows you to create fulfillment to multiple accounts.
