Amazon MCF Shopify App is an excellent solution for our growing multi-channel business by simplifying inventory management and allowing us to do order processing smoothly and seamlessly. Setup is very easy with a simple way to map SKUs between our Shopify store and Amazon Storefront. The speed to deliver to our consumers has exceeded expectations with our inventory optimized over Amazon's many fulfillment centers around the country. Amazon can process our orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; whereas our prior 3PL operated business hours during the week and limited hours on Saturday for an extra fee! Amazon MCF has given us the ability to easily process orders on both desktop and mobile operating systems and order flow and consumer emails are automated. The added bonus is if there is an issue or question I have with an order, an Amazon rep is a phone call or a chat box away, even at 2am! The net result is our speed and efficiency processing orders has increased and our customers so far have been reaping the benefits of our delivery times being cut in half due to Amazon MCF. What used to take up to 2-3 business days of processing and 5-7 business days to deliver, has now become: Order placed on Saturday, Delivered on Monday! Alito our customer’s delight. Oh, plus, Amazon’s support team contacted us to give us great ideas to make MCF work for us even more with “kitting” and “bundling” programs and Buy with Prime (free delivery for Prime members). A+++
I have been using the app for about 2 months in order to have all of my Shopify orders fulfilled by Amazon. The connection of SKUs was simple and once connected, it seems to be robust. I am in contact with direct Amazon support for technical issues and they are working on fixing any issues I come across, which seem to be minor.
I give it 4 stars at the moment mainly due to the customer support for logistics issues when an order arrives late or never shows up or other issues related to getting the product to the customer. When we come across these issues and have to contact Amazon support for refunds, it is way too much back and forth with overseas support when it should be much more streamlined if issues need to be resolved. If a customer states that an item never arrived, we should be able to get a full refund for the cost of the product and the associated fees for MCF, or Amazon should send out a replacement to the customer at no charge and refund us the cost of the product. This should not take a dozen back and forth emails to do so. Also, if a customer pays for expedited shipping but arrives a week late and the customer wants a refund for their shipping, it should be easier for us to request a refund from Amazon as we do not want to eat the cost due to Amazons fault. I hope that they provide better support for MCF customers soon.

We've tried pretty much all of the other 3p MCF apps and none of them worked as it should. I can probably write a book about their bugs and lack of CS.
The Amazon one, at least for now works great. It's simple and robust, and the installation was super easy.
You can manually split or re-route orders if you want to fulfill some of them in-house, and it's free!

Please note that to be able to map your SKUs within the MCF app, you first need to create your listings in SellerCentral and enable the products for Fulfilled by Amazon. Well, it's been working again as long as it wasn't syncing inventory or pushing orders through so that's good. Unfortunately getting the attention needed to fix our issues after two weeks of not-useful tech support exchanges took a one-star review. Not the best takeaway but at least now we know how to get on the devs' radar.
So still promising and easy to integrate but use caution until all of the bugs are ironed out. In the meantime, if you do install keep a close eye on things to make sure orders are actually getting pushed to FBM and you aren't over-selling out of-of-inventory SKUs.

The inventory qty is not syncing and updated,
it's showing inventory even though it OOS, I have to cancel orders

We have very simple use cases for this app, and it works very well. It has helped us to automate which orders get sent to MCF versus our other 3PL. We had some initial challenges with Onboarding, but a very quick call with the MCF support team, and we were off and running in a matter of minutes.

The ability to seamlessly add fulfillment capabilities to your Shopify store in just about an hour is impressive. The integration process was straightforward, and I found the instructional video helpful while configuring it. Thank you!
So far...pretty flawless!!
-Can see that orders are accepted/rejected MUCH faster
-It "appears" that orders are shipped faster by Amazon- as the early metrics suggest
I have been using the native Shopify MCF connection for about 4 years. Did the job pretty well with no major problems - and was FREE. Was about to migrate to a PAID MCF app, when I heard the Amazon was publishing an MCF- Shopify app. After using this for quite a few orders, everything is working very well - and again it is a FREE app.
One bonus is that when a single order is split into different shipments, this app NOW handles seperate tracking numbers in the same order. That means the customer is updated in knowing the different tracking numbers. Thus, support queries received about "where's the rest of my stuff" are pretty much eliminated.
Keep this app working flawlessly, and make improvements pls.
