What a great tool! We researched Amazon products we wanted to offer and then set up the upsell in less than 2 minutes using ZY. The next day we got our first affiliate sale as seen on Amazon Associates (which we had to sign up for but was pretty straightforward). Since then we have seen multiple affiliate sales trickle in per day without having to do any extra fulfillment or customer service. Our customers are happy, so we're happy.
We tried several other upsell apps and landed on this one with the hope that we could test new products while increasing AOV. This app doesn't have bells and whistles but works well, and we are able to see which Amazon products are selling through Amazon's affiliate network - we had to sign up there, but it was easy.
Pros: Easy set up, easy to add products to upsell (copy/paste from Amazon URL), no extra fees for affiliate sales, doesn't slow down our store
Cons: Doesn't give you analytics in the dashboard and you have to go to your Amazon affiliate account to see them, Amazon pays very slowly (not this app's fault)
We work with manufacturers to sell handmade jewelry and bags, so it can take months to release new SKUs, and sometimes they don't even sell. This app is great because we are able to do new product testing through adding ANY amazon products as a post-checkout offer, so the analytics we gather from that has made the new product development decisions for us, saving us tons of money! In the first month, we tested several products and it was actually a product I didn't expect to sell that sold the best. Now we are manufacturing a similar product ourselves, thanks to that quick feedback.
As a bonus, we earn affiliate income from the Amazon purchases our customers make!
It's simple to set up, you just need to get a free Amazon associates (affiliate) account and all the feedback and earnings you receive is held there. The only thing is i wish this app had access to that info so I didn't have to go back and forth, but that's super minor. 10/10 recommend!
