I had a few minor technical issues I needed help with in the initial setup of the app. Even as a free trial member, support reached out to me almost immediately after filing the request, they were very courteous, and more importantly they immediately solved the issues I was having. Wonderful app! I have a custom theme and had a product changing out my "Add to Cart" button to show "View on Amazon" and less then 24 hours later it was fixed without giving admin access. Wonderful customer service! Thanks
