The customer service is not the best. I sent an email out and never got any response. I really like the app but there is no one to talk to .
Great app, works with out issues. I have only used it with amazon just keep that in mind, its awesome
I use this app to pull information from Amazon's website. I'm not deep enough into working with this service. but now I like to work with him. However, I can not understand why the application adds the site and category in the listing title
Haven't used to full potential. So far so good. Like how easy it is to search for products. Just wondering if orders will be fulfilled.
The best app ever to dropshiping products from amazon to shopify thanx a lot to a team for this app, me helps a lot to launch my bussines on shopify platform.
I found this app to be useful as it is very easy to add new products with the availibility of Prime Shipping as well. Seeing as the app is for free 100% recommend.
I really wanted this app to work but unfortunately, it doesn't. When I asked for help and support I received no answer. I had an order I had to refund because this app does not work. Im really not sure how they have all these positive reviews. I am removing this app from my store immediately.

at the least this app stops loading 4 times a week and it stays that way for the entire day. On top of the fact that it is not really a drop shipping app it wont load
Hi, after investigating the issue we discovered that our AmaZone application suffered a degradation of service for few days given that there was a significant increase (around 200%) in the number of users logged into the application at the same time ( which now make sense given proximity to Christmas) this made our app server to become unstable. After few days of delicate work we have migrated the app to a more powerful server and the issue has been resolved. If you are in our subscription plans we are able to refund your subscription for December if you email us your details. Apologies and open to your comments/suggestions.
