Hi, yesterday I've successfully imported three products from Amazon Italy into my Shopify online store, but today the App doesn't work: kindly solve my problem, pls. Thx, regards.
Hi! There is a bug that makes this happen. We are about to launch the app totally new and upgraded for mid July. This bug will be resolved!. Please keep posted for the new app. UI and experience will be improved and this inventory issue will be resolved.
Great to use, like it , I recommend to use the free plan before you choose any subscription. However, this app is easy to use for sure and will consider to subscribe.
Easy to upload and user-friendly. I really enjoy it but need unlimited monthly upload facilities
So far five stars. Straight forward and easy to use. I thought the help videos were a bit goofy, but the system is easy to use.
i have been using this app for about a year now, i have had some successes and some failures. Not all Amazon products link to Amazon Only giving the buyer an add-to-cart option. so the customer has to buy from my website and then i have to order from Amazon myself.. Not good!
Hi. Thanks for your comments. If your Affiliate product is not linking to Amazon product it might be given Shopify updated the store template you were using. You just need to email us and we will make the update for Affiliate links to display with the upgraded store template, this way your client will always go directly to Amazon. On the dropshipping side, we will finally implement the automated order fulfillment/preparation service for some specific plans.
Fairly new to this.. But so far everything has been very easy to use. I love how things aren't overly complicated liked many app's have been... Which is one of the reason's why I've fell so in love with Amazone!! Definitely still learning but again, so far my experience has been great.
I can not link my products with amazon on Shopify. The button doesn't appear I am losing sales because of it.

I've been contacting them to resolve a small error since the upgrade..but I have not heard back from them. Sadly it's been a few months. I was really hoping to give a higher rating. I loved the services when it was working on my site. It was a quick upload and done. But now, my products are uploaded, I only have 3 to intergrate but the site is saying that I've exceeded my allotted 10 items. I truly hope I can get some help with this issue.
In the beginning, AmaZone worked great for me, I use the free plan then switched to the 15 plan for 4.99 a month. Many of my products that I had brought over to my site were lost, not in the inventory. When I had an order I could not find the item in my AmaZone inventory. I sent an email but it was impossible to track the items that I had lost in the AmaZone inventory. After much aggravation with communicated with AmaZone by email, I decided to close and remove the app. I'm not certain that it works the way it should and I shared that thought with AmaZone...
I didn't receive help from support... I sent 2 e-mail... Answer of support is silence... I have chosen another app and now I am happy...
After two days, support nevertheless answered ...
THIS APP IS THE ONLY ONE I GO TO FOR ANY AMAZON OR WALMART AND IS WORKING VERY WELL. SO FAR, SO GOOD...
