, I tried this app and almost all my products were gone as soon as I deleted it it was back to normal, and I waited 6 weeks for the alleged sync with my webshop and it hadn't happened yet
Hi! Thank you for trying out AmChat. Our team looked into what could have caused this issue, but we couldn't find anything that could be it. It looks like you downloaded AmChat only a week ago, not 6 weeks ago, and AmChat has no permissions to update/delete the products, so there shouldn't be a web sync with your store either.
