Hi there,

We’re truly sorry for the frustrating experience you had with the app settings and activation process.

We completely understand how disappointing it can be when your settings are not saved properly and the app does not work as expected. That is definitely not the experience we want our users to have.

We also noticed that our support team previously reached out regarding your issue but unfortunately did not receive a response from your side. We sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding or inconvenience during the support process.

Your feedback is genuinely important to us, and we would truly appreciate the opportunity to assist you properly and investigate the issue in more detail. Our team would be more than happy to work closely with you to make sure everything functions correctly on your store.

Please feel free to contact us anytime, we’re always here and ready to help.

hello
I think that in Cart Upsell - Frequently bought, there should be a View product button, not Add to cart, because no customer buys without first seeing the product details. I think this button would be more useful than the one that is now. I sent you this message before via email, but you did not respond.

Overall, the app works nice, very useful
