Amp Bundles | Volume Discounts

I have literally never used an app that had so many problems and/or ran into so much bad customer service.

First problem - no way to update the color of literally the largest text in the bundle widget, the product title. They had to use some sort of special code to do it, otherwise it was unreadable on the site.

Second - constant publishing errors. Either it says "cannot save" and I have to start the bundle over or it actually does publish, but says it hasn't. Either way, I just end up refreshing the page all the time just to get a simple bundle to save and/or publish. Also, half the time when you duplicate a bundle it doesn't show up until you refresh.

Third - Poor customer service. I hate to say it, but as someone who does customer service all the time, I know when it's bad. Either they were not helpful entirely or would say they're "escalating" the issue and I'd never hear back.

At one point, I was sending a ton of traffic to a problem with bundles set up correctly...then I go to the page one day and it's an entirely different bundle that didn't even make sense. So I looked really bad to customers and lost business.

Get it together.

Really appreciated the personalized help—made the whole setup process straightforward. App works great, support is top-notch.

We reached out to the team here (Leonard) and the support we received was exceptional. He offered a creative and effective solution that didn’t even require us to install the app.

The 5 stars go to the outstanding customer service. It wasn’t about just getting us to install the app at any cost it was about genuinely helping us solve a problem. That kind of support is rare and really appreciated.

This app is a very straightforward to set up and start using. Sadie in the AMP Onboarding Team was really helpful in talking me through the different bundle configurations and types, and advising me on widget placement, optimising bundle sizes and general product upselling strategies. She was really clear and helpful and her post call communications to check in with me and make sure everything was going ok were excellent - great service and support!

Fantastic early experience with Bundles: great support, great product.

I've been using another AMP product, Slide Cart, for a while and had a great experience during rollout (they even implemented a not-insignificant suggestion I made, which was a fantastic surprise). I was hoping for a similar experience with Bundles, and I wasn’t disappointed.

Right out of the gate, Bundles has been excellent. Installation and deployment of our first bundle were smooth and intuitive. While the app is still young, I had a few questions and suggestions, and, just like with Slide Cart, the support team (specifically Anoop, who is great) was prompt, friendly, and genuinely receptive to feedback. It’s clear they care about evolving the product thoughtfully.

I’m very happy with the app and excited to see how it grows. Great app, great dev team.
