AMP Post Purchase Upsell

Honestly, I was a bit concerned initially before trying their app due to the very very few reviews they yet have... but when I realized Upsell app was developed by AMP, the same company that developed Lifetimely which I am a very happy customer ... I had to doubt it should go ahead and be my first option before trying other upsell apps that have +4k and very good ratings.

In just few days I realized I had taken the right decision: Outstanding app (easy to use, with all features I required for our site washaby.es). Onboarding assistance was also 10/10 ... and when I needed their development support to fix some issues on the implementation/configuration ... I was amazed by the fast and professional response.

Congratulations to AMP Team!! After Lifetimely you did it again!!!

Simple app interface, very user friendly. Support are always responsive and provide helpful suggestions. We hope the app continues to innovate to add some more functionality, such as auto-removal of gifts from the cart when tired gifts are being used and the next tier is reached as this would solve some of our user confusion. Other than this, app is brilliant!

the app is very easy to use and intuitive. the support team is also wonderful and quick to respond within the app chatbot as well as via email when they are offline (which is actually rare!) I highly recommend this app as it is highly customizable for such an easy quick add app so anyone can use from a first time shopify owner to an experienced multi-store owner.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to integrate Upsell with our Shopify Plus store. Previously, we were using Rebuy for many of the same features, but felt we were overpaying and receiving very little support and customization. With Upsell, they delivered the same, if not more, value right away at a significantly lower monthly cost. Beyond that, communication from the Upsell team has been unparalleled, having frequent conversations of how the tool is working for our store and what features and improvements we'd like to see.

At every step, they have been transparent with their production roadmap and eager to hear our feedback. We also use their sister application for analytics, Lifetimely, and are very happy with the ways in which the two work together to deliver value to our store.

We've been using the app for just over a month and the experience has been extremely positive thus far. Our onboarding specialist, Sadie, was extraordinarily helpful in getting us set up for success. She hopped on multiple calls with us to ensure we were incorporating best practices. Additionally, the customer support has been very responsive post onboarding. We reached out about an issue we wanted to address and within the hour, a CS specialist (Nair) responded that he was working on the issue. Another specialist (Christian) helped address the issue and it was solved before the end of that business day. Overall, very pleased with the experience thus far! Outside of exceptional customer service and support, the platform has been effective at driving additional revenue. Would recommend to any brand looking to introduce upsell capabilities!

The app functions great on our site and customer service is amazing! We made a request for a function that was missing after an update. Just over a week later the customer service team reached back out to let us know that the functionality had been added! Amazing service and a wonderful team.

The app works fantastic for us because of its data-driven upsell recommendations. The customer support is the best we have ever experienced. The entire team is super helpful if you come across any issues. We use this Upsell app along with another app called Lifetimely, which I understand is also developed by the same team. Our AOV has increased by 20% using Upsell by AMP and I strongly recommend this app for anyone looking at seriously boosting their AOV.
