Anoop and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure the app worked perfectly on my store and didn't conflict with theme or exiting workflows (which I admit are somewhat complex) . They also were quick to implement feedback regarding feature requests. I was considering another app for my post-purchase upsell but their support quickly won me over.
