Ample's team helped us set it up based on our requirements. Their response is really fast and free of charge despite us being on the basic plan. For us, we cross sell low value items on the checkout page which we found works the best to increase our AOV.
I have been reluctant to use a checkout app due to the high costs charged by other apps. However this app fits both my budget and requirements. It delivers 90% of what I need while being reasonably priced. The Ample team is also quite responsive when I have questions.
We have been using the app for a few months. The ability to tweak the checkout page is great, and I really like its ability to set rules. While there are a few minor kinks (as expected for a new app), they fixed my issue within a week. My main use cases are cross selling low-priced items to push the AOV higher, and notifying customers delivery will take slightly longer during peak seasons.
