We are currently utilizing the Add to Cart feature to capture those email addresses of customers who do not complete the transaction. We are seeing a lot more flagged as "abandoned carts" than Shopify currently shows. Normally Shopify shows about 2 a day....but Consistent Cart is showing us 10-12 a day and capturing emails of those shoppers. Next we are going to check out the email notifications and see how much we can edit to reflect our branding.

So far.....we recommend! (Weirdly wouldn't allow me to give the app 4 stars....only 3 or 5)

I like the options ... customer service is great... need some work on the messenger optins... but I think this going to turn out to be a 5 star when they are done with with it.

** UPDATE ** Apparently there was a glitch in their system that forced us to upgrade our free plan to a paid plan. App developers were actually very helpful and came up with a solution quickly so we could continue to use Consistent Cart.

We have been using this app for years and it was so great. However, the app has been upgraded and now we are forced to pay $30 a month. Not very helpful for small businesses that are trying to survive during a pandemic. We will be canceling this app and look for a different option.
