I just added the app so will see how it goes. I added the 3 email recovery to see if I get some abandoned cart recover.

I love this app! It use it for abandoned cart recovery (email+ sms). It meets my needs for abandonment recovery and most importantly the cost is just right for my growing business.

Update 6 Aug 2021. The refund has been processed, we haven't heard back from the customer yet. We notified all users about the pricing update before it was implemented and we look forward to clarifying this situation directly with them.
