I'm testing out this APP for black friday cyber monday. Lets see how well it does i'll report back with details on how everything went with the installation.

my dashboard was showing 0 results for like the first week but after it was fixed things seem ok.. trying it out! jklh

So far, it is very easy to setup and use, there are many ways to entice shoppers back to the store... I am eagerly waiting for the results

So far so good! Whilst no conversion just yet I like the dashboard where I can see all the vital stats. I also like how experimental they are with trying new things. With how quickly this industry evolves this is really important. They're willing to involve customers in their tests, all for that elusive conversion. I'm convinced a flow of conversions will happen.

Hey! Ok so this app is amazing for its price but there's one or 2 other things that I feel should be included.

I think that users should be able to send as many emails in the abandoned cart follow ups as is needed. There are some business' doing well with 6/7 emails in that series. Couple that with the analytics you're introducing and that's gonna be awesome.

The other thing is to be able to use custom html emails in the same way as you can with other autoresponders. I'd happily pay more if those features were included:)
