We've been using this app for 6 months and it works well. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is missing metrics. There is a lifetime recapture $ value, but you can't see recaptured cart rates/peformance and cannot review over time. I understand that metrics is a planned upgrade, so perhaps 5 stars at that time.

Nice functionality and easy to use interface with lots of options. Also, they are adding more every time I check in. We have seen a difference in our sales. Would like to see an option to automatically send a follow-up email a week after purchase for product reviews.

Slight teeting probel with the setup as we had a non standard theme but the developer got back to us quicky and solved it. So far it seems to work as described so overall we are happy with it. www.motivape.co.uk

A great and easy to use tool for abandoned cart emails, with other useful tools too! Give it a try--we did, and we're happy. :)

The email automations are really helpful for reminding people if they get distracted. We had an unexpectedly high bill a few months back but the new pricing structure means this shouldn't happen again. The support team are really helpful and friendly.

I like that I can use not only emails for abandoned cart, but also push and sms. Four stars because it is so easy to use. If it works as well as the reviews state, It will be 5 stars.

I like the options ... customer service is great... need some work on the messenger optins... but I think this going to turn out to be a 5 star when they are done with with it.
