Literally one of the best apps for FREE on Shopify. Almost too good to be true, but it isn't-this App does everything for you when it comes down to dealing with cart abandonment. No longer are the days where one needs to painstakingly send cart recovery emails 1 at a time. This app means business...and efficiency.

Cart abandonment? BOOM-email auto sends and you can configure a ton of options ranging from multiple follow up emails to add to cart pop-ups for capturing really useful data. Bottom line, this app is a home run, good job everyone!

I was being charged for a plan when the store had been inactive for a year but they were super quick to respond and solve the issue I had. I was issued a refund for the mistake on Shopify's end.

So far so good. I have been using it mostly to view what has been added to cart so have not thoroughly tested the recovery emails. Had a minor issue initially installing but after contacting support it was fixed in seconds!
