Something I was looking for, great for retargeting, but quite expensive later on. I would suggest for someone consistent with sales, I believe, but hard for starting.

This app works extremely poorly. We have had it set for an automated email to be sent after 8 hours and we are still doing them manually because of the poor execution by this app.

Usualy I don't like to write reviews but I love this application.It really work.. One recomendation - a the trial period to be a bit longer :-).....

muy buena app, muy recomendable.
tiene un software muy bueno que permite al cliente llegar muchísimo más a fondo a mis consumidores.
me gustó mucho la facilidad de uso que tiene. No me gustó la falta de precios bajos

I'm feeling rather less than neutral. I was on the free trial testing out whether or not to use this app, thinking I wasn't going to be hit with a $30 charge as a newbie already hoping to be able to absorb the $30 Shopify charges monthly for the store when for one customer buying a product from me (a joy for sure in itself) I was hit with an additional charge from CC that stumped my joy when I got my credit card billed. It feels somewhat disappointing to take a rather unnecessary loss on what should have been a sure gain ... especially what I was charged for could have been done for free. The app is probably better after you first get your shop more profitable. Otherwise, as for me, I didn't need to overflow my beginning budget unexpectedly.

O aplicativo é bom e de grande utilidade, porém o custo é muito alto para iniciantes.
Sugiro que criem uma versão gratuita ou mais barata para os iniciantes.

Really useful app, love the automatic abandoned cart recovery features. Although the messenger widget did not work for me.
