I was using the Shopify standard cart recovery. But that appears to be limited and gave this a try. The app appears well thought out and covers the functionality of multiple other apps. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it doesn't appear to be able to pull my previous notification subscribers or push them to Google Firebase. I want to be able to take my subscribers with me if and when I move out of this app.

I am only just starting to use the app so cannot say anything about increased sales (yet). But I do like the simplicity of how the app works! Fingers crossed that it will give the desired results!

The automated cart recovery circuit is very useful and easy to setup. The interface is easy to use, and very customizable.

While I do get some additional details on cart abandons, the app has not resulted in any conversions as yet, which is disappointing. I feel there is a minimum threshold of site visits over which the app delivers results, and that should be shared upfront. On the positive side, it helped me identify the issue of bogus ATCs done by my marketing agency to inflate results!

I'm on the free account and every time I access it it keeps saying to confirm a subscription and upgrading me so I got to keep downgrading. How annoying.
