Great app, the interface is clear and not complicated to follow the instruction! The service client is responding quick! Even though the recovery mail is send fast to the custommer, it would be better to know if he or she open the mail of not. Until now, the recovery cart is no yet provided from the client

IDK yet, Just trying to extend the trial to see if it's works. Will update after a week or two. It work for now and collects emails pretty good. I did not enjoy it yet since it's only been a day.

I need a chance to try an app before reviewing. Having a pop up starting from first use asking me to review is pushy.

Easy to install but doesn't do the job. I had this for a little over 2 weeks and it has yet to refer customer back to my website. Maybe I have to wait a little longer, but for now, I can't give this app more than 2 stars.

Does not seem to do anything. I can log into one machine create an order, log into another machine and the items are not there.
Perhaps there is some conflict with another app....

Seems like it would be a good thing to have built into shopify once you have users create accounts.
