User friendly and efficient. Still doing our test though. App keep forcing us for a review which is not professional, how do i review when i have not even tested and seen results

Anyone giving this app 1* is clueless. This app is AWESOME. Literally gives you up to date information on what's in customers carts, and schedules emails or push alerts. So many features this is more than worth the cost. You won't regret getting this app!!

Update
The only flaw I have seen in this app is the add to cart pop up app. It's not very good and could do with a redesign -

1) It shows up when someone adds to cart but it has a white transparent screen overlay which can't be changed - Essentially allowing the visitor to see what's in the cart anyway
2)If you use a persistent cart it shows up when you revisit the site and land on the homepage, it should only appear when someone clicks on the cart
3)It should stop you viewing the cart without entering the email but if you click the X button and get rid of the pop up it sends you to the shopping cart anyway

Once these issues are fixed i think it would be a great addition to the app

Dropping another star as im literally getting no support. The app has stop functioning correctly and i get no response

The APP is good, but still has some instabilities, sometimes, it does not show correctly what was added in the cart at the same day.
But I recommend.

It's a pretty good app but comes with issues and lack of features. Such as it is not possible to send a test recovery email. The only way to get an email is to go into your website, create an abandoned cart and wait... see email, make design changes etc. Takes forever. And when there are bugs (which there was on mine) which you don't detect them quickly. Such as the product photos not showing up.
Theres more lack of features, but this review is long enough

This has been a great app in the long run but in the last weeks we have had to data breaches. The customers has clicked on the abandoned cart email only to be presented with the completed order information from another customer including all their personal home address details. We have contacted customer support but no response or fix in the last 3 days. I will update further.

Review changed from 1 star to 3 because they have expedited the complaint to senior technicians who have now fixed the issues.

The user experience is very good, most of the problems can be solved in time, and discard the order email recall effect is good However, we really hope to add data information to the marketing email. The experience of email marketing is not good. We can only see the number of sent goods, but we can not check the click situation of inserted goods in the email content and the subsequent conversion situation, which is very important for us!
