I just downloaded it so haven't tried yet but I love the idea, and all the cool things you can do for your business and service to your customers with shopify! This is a must have tool I have wanted for a long time and you just click install in a clic and boom you have professional abanded cart management with 2 emails sent! This app is perfect for small businesses who wantto combine ALL marketing in one place as well as keep their app count low. Customer attention and service are very helpful and Attentive to all types of matters. They have been readily available for both good problems (increased business) and bad (hiccups). I do recommend.
