lol need to review first before a rating, but since im optimistic 5 star it is

* Update after my review I received an email from support stating they had been having email issues within the app. They recently released the cart metrics and I am very happy with it!

Support never replies. I have emailed them multiple times over the last few months and have NEVER gotten a response. Failure to release planned features, "cart metrics" has been promised for a long time and never comes out.

Just installed this. Already looking good. Giving us a lot of confidence about our business. I am sure this is going to be money well spent.

This can be a lifesaver for your business.

I am using this app to help me get more customers. Any software which deals with abandoned cart is going to bring in more revenue.

I used this app to recover Abandoned carts still waiting on recovery so far so good second email send to customer still trying yo figure out how to get anonymous senders to checkout

As we sell to both wholesale and retail customers, this app definitely makes the experience smoother for both! Especially with our wholesale customers, who may have multiple users in different states or countries accessing the 1 account, this one has definitely removed the headache for them!
