Good App, does exactly what it says
The best feature of this app so far is how it tracks every single item that a customer placed in their cart (Cart Activity Monitor (Free). You can also see when an email was sent to them and whether they opened it up or not. I have yet to generate a lead from the emails (I have 2 abandoned emails set up), but I'm hoping it helps bring back the customer.
What I was really interested in the Facebook Messenger Marketing which is not currently functioning and there does not seem to be a time table as to when it will be operational. Until the Facebook Messenger Marketing is working, I am not inclined to pay the monthly fee.
So far so good - I've only been using it for about 12 hours and the App keeps bugging me to submit a review so here it is. It seems like it could be very helpful but I haven't had time to really evaluate it yet. Perhaps the developers should program the app to send the review prompt after about 30 days instead of only 12 hours.
Don't know yet I just downloaded the app, but I hope it ends up being free like they promised.
So far so good. The pricing is extremely high for a store like mine who just launched. As of right now I probably won't keep it until I start getting more traffic unless there ends up being a cheaper pricing option.
Easy to install and review information. Waiting to see the results after a few weeks.
So far so good. Hopefully this app will continue to work out.
So far so good, the cart activity monitor, abandoned cart emails and title bar toggle all work well and are easy to set up. Can't seem to get abandoned cart stats to show on the Shopify dashboard though?
Works as advertised. If you're not going to pay for Shopify's upgraded package this is a must have ap for all retailers
Update: Added a couple more emails and a TEXT option which I hope works out well, just on the flip side of this they need to add the option of adding discount codes so people cant share a blanket one
Couple things with this. I had it when it was free, and I figured id upgrade since it wasnt working anymore. Did that and their backend is nice, just 0 SUPPORT for coupon codes. I mean every cart abandonment gives you the option of putting in codes (custom ones) not the kind that could be shared a million times. I dont get why this wouldnt be an option to import a set amount of codes.
