Early days so far, I'll see how it performs before deciding on keeping it as a paid for platform. Disappointed I couldn't avail of the extra week. Couldn't find out where to activate that. Better visibility, of this extra week offer, could be better.
Very useful and gives great insight into customer behaviour. We have found the service to be consistently good also.
I used this app to help me with my online store and it is a great app to have to make sure your customers do not forget about you! The reason I gave 4 stars is because after the free trial it automatically put me on the Pro plan and I was not aware. This is still a great app! Just make sure you are on the right plan and when I needed help with changing my plan, the customer service was there and ready to help me. Very nice employees!

I like it. It's easy to install. I just wish that the counter started on the cart page instead of the checkout page.

I like the idea of this, that is why I decided to use it. I will update my reviews, but so far it is very helpful when customers switch devices.
Very Useful in terms of tracking information regarding customers behavior
i use 4 shops with contist card i like it. working good without problems. So i use a new shop again. hehe
One week in and went through all settings. The app looks well structured and the features sound like they can increase conversion. However, several elements are not working, like messenger or no birthday email button for customers to act upon. Furthermore the email capture before checkout is buggy on landig pages and doesn't let the customer click the button. Customer support is the worst of all these complaints, their chat is never online, the call button in the app doesnt even work, the email I sent to support comes back as bounced(!) so the only way was to click the support button on the shopify store page for consisten cart. Sent my feedback a few days ago, hope someone replies! Might update this review afterwards.
Update a few weeks later:
in the beginning i was upset because contact options didnt work and there seemed to be some bugs in teh system. worst of all i fel left alone with the bugs. then turned out some of my ad blockers were blocking chat/contact and some other elemenets of the app, so addign your app to trusted sites worked. the team should either fix this so they are not affected by popular ad blockers, or at least advise people that they should be careful.
some othe rbugs were resolved after that by support team. others, like the call button not working in the app were not addressed. the app has sent some abandoned cart follow up emails but not extra rebenue so far, will see and maybe update again. so i have a better feeling about this app now and happy to update my review.
