It's easy to install, it works, it adds value for your customers, you never have to think about it and it's free! Can't ask for more.

And I'm sure this team won't make the mistake of another persistant cart app and just suddenly shut it off and make you pay for it without warning. Some notice would be nice :)

I really like this app. It gives me better insight on the customers adding products to their carts. And after a few days I've already had some success recovering customers. I would definitely recommend to other online retailers.
