Amplified Email & Abandon Cart , 3.663 avaliações

We are currently utilizing the Add to Cart feature to capture those email addresses of customers who do not complete the transaction. We are seeing a lot more flagged as "abandoned carts" than Shopify currently shows. Normally Shopify shows about 2 a day....but Consistent Cart is showing us 10-12 a day and capturing emails of those shoppers. Next we are going to check out the email notifications and see how much we can edit to reflect our branding.

So far.....we recommend! (Weirdly wouldn't allow me to give the app 4 stars....only 3 or 5)

So far it is helping us to see which carts are abandoned but it has not been sending out automated emails to recover the carts.

The app is great so far! 2 stars missing as I am still testing it and so far unfortunately none of the abandoned carts have a registered e-mail so I turned on the pop-up (*hope it works!*). The design is also not as clean as I wished...It would be good to be able to customise the pop-up further (i.e. remove the blue border, change font & size)

I really like the idea of this app but I am not entirely sure I trust all the data. When I log in, I can see that there are abandoned carts but I don't see that came data come in on my abandon cart data collected on my shopify store. It also shows that there are thousands of views on my site but where do those views come from? I feel like if that's the case I should see that data on my shopify numbers. My website traffic only shows a couple hundred people but the consistent cart shows like 8000. I plan to give it another month to see how things go before deciding whether to cancel or not.

Yet to be seen how useful this app is. So far,in the trial phase, it's only served our curiosity.

It works alright but why are we being billed $3.99 per month for this? That's not even an option shown on the pricing details...
