Love this app it is definitely a must have for any Shopify business.

I can say it is overall very good app especially during follow up phase of customers . It is having all sort of features to do best retain the customers post abandoned checkout.

So far so good! I wish it would stop begging me for a review, but other than that it's earned 5 stars.

Excellent app. Really automated the cart recovery process for me. I saw an addition 12% conversion rate thanks to recovering carts.

Costs and the cost model are a little unclear at first, should be made a bit clearer to users
