This app was recommended to track and retarget abandoned carts but to my surprise it does so much more. An all-in-one resource that has helped increase sales.

Now that Shopify Email is available, use this along with Poptin to get rid of Omnisend and save big bucks.

I think they are under-selling themselves with this app. I had seen it for a long time but couldn't figure out how it was any different from others. Now that I've tried it (at a friend's recommendation), I can see how. The main things (IMO) that set this apart from the default abandoned cart emails and other automatic abandoned cart email apps, are:
1. As soon as someone adds-to-cart, they get a pop-up "requiring" them to enter their email address to add it to cart. They can click it away, but a fair percentage will enter their email at that point, increasing your ability to send abandoned cart emails.
2. There is a built-in feature that if they open another tab in their browser, after so many seconds the tab with your store in it will start flashing a message "Don't forget this," etc., which brings people back when they get ADD and then forget to complete their purchase.
My own experience, after living with this for several days, is that my conversion rate on my store used to be around 3%, with about 9% add-to-cart (so, conversion was 1/3 of Add-to-cart). As of right now, add-to-cart is around 10-12% (so to some extent that must have just been due to me fine-tuning my audience targeting, optimizing product pages, etc.) but my conversion rate is about 5%-6%. That means my purchases have gone from 1/3 of add-to-carts to about 1/2 of my add-to-carts. So that's about a 50% increase in my sales. I may try to split test and tweak things some more once I have high enough amounts of traffic to afford to, but for now I am pretty darn happy.
