The problem with this app is they count on your forgetting that over time this app will cost more and more regardless if your income goes up or not because its based on the size of your customer database which grows with time even if your income stays the same. So you can start out paying $29 and over a few years even with no increase in income it'll end up being well over $100. Also these price tiers they list are misleading, they increase far more incrementally, roughly ever 500 customers the price increases, regardless if your sales have increased or not. And while this app may seem worth it at $29 its certainly not worth it as the price goes up and up with no additional service. The best way to avoid THIS SINK HOLE is to just pick out a different app with a different price structure.

Nice app, it does the job and scales well with more contacts bringing higher conversion. The customer support is great.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I must've downloaded this app right at the beginning which was just for abandoned carts, and then it grew into this full flown self sufficient app, which is so simple to use and i have never even considered a replacement for this app, because it does so much. Great support staff who are always available to solve any issue.

In 2016 I wrote: Thanks for this alternative. Ooh, and if you decide to monetize this app, please let us know in advance... a polite notification makes a world of difference =-) In 2020 I'm writing: I just got an email saying that I'm going to be billed starting tomorrow. I actually haven't been using this app for years, so at least this was a reminder to delete it before billing starts.
Love it! Great service...Worth it. Just wish there was a way to get more info on customers so more carts could have the chance to be recovered. Been using it now for over 3 years and I have to say I am more than happy with the service. Its gives me such great insight to what I need to know to achieve results in growing my business and the customer service is more than excellent. TY :)
