So far so good...got my first rescued abandoned cart in the first week. What's really interesting is that the rescued cart was one that Shopify did not have recorded...which means they are not only rescuing carts - but identifying more abandoned carts than Shopify. Great value app...that actually does pay for itself. Which means more opportunities for revenue :-)
Very good customer support, they helped me right away with my issues. I reached out over the web chat and got an answer within minutes.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I must've downloaded this app right at the beginning which was just for abandoned carts, and then it grew into this full flown self sufficient app, which is so simple to use and i have never even considered a replacement for this app, because it does so much. Great support staff who are always available to solve any issue.

Very useful app which offers customizable automated abandonded cart e-mails, pop-ups and even a very special feature in the title bar! I needed some support for integrating my existing template (abandoned cart) and Dan did a great job!

Works just like it says it will! And installation is an absolute breeze. Was previously using Persistent Cart but this one actually works better and more reliably -- and it's free! 5 stars all the way!
