It is quite an expensive app and in advance you have the feeling that this will be a ready-made plug and play installation.
In the end we are dozens of emails further for our 2 shops, quite a lot of integration work has been done and adjustments also have to be made in the theme files (in javascript and liquid, error-prone for the future). In addition, there is also no standard setting for server side tracking of the gtm container and this also had to be done manually.
In the meantime, a lot more is being tracked, but only half of the orders seem to be visible in analytics. Overall I am not very satisfied considering the amount we pay for it and I consider looking for alternatives
