Analyzify (GA4 & Ads Tracking)

Adding Analyzify to our Shopify store has truly been a game-changer for us. From the start, Fatoş and the entire team have been nothing short of amazing, guiding us every step of the way. They took care of the entire advanced setup, including Google Cloud Server-Side Tracking, and ensured all the tricky connections between Google Ads, Shopify, and GA4 were seamless and error-free. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and dedication. They made sure everything was set up perfectly, giving us accurate, reliable data we can finally trust. It’s such a relief to focus on growing our business without worrying about what’s happening behind the scenes. Fatoş’s support and expertise have made a huge difference, and we couldn’t be happier!

Avoid Analyzify at all costs for production stores - unresponsive and do not follow up on agreements.

We started our cooperation on November last year, agreed to have the first version within a few weeks, certainly before Christmas. We paid licensing fees for six stores, despite all stores being on the identical codebase and running on one GTM setup with a mapping table.

While they have some capable people, good luck getting any time with them. Customer support is non existent – unreachable and impossible to plan a call with. Basic requests go unanswered for weeks. We've tried to agree timelines for completion many times without any success.

By April, after five long months, we got a first beta version running on production. Each delay was met with excuses, and we stayed friendly and cooperative for too long.

The final straw: a critical production bug that fails to track our order name reference. Despite countless tickets and emails, we've received zero responses for over a month.
This is unacceptable for an acute production issue. Analyzify is a disaster - be warned

I've been using Analyzify for several years with the Lifetime plan, and until recently, my experience with the app and the support team had been excellent.
Recently, I decided to try the new "server-side tracking" upgrade plan offered to Lifetime customers. Unfortunately, the offering was extremely misleading. The upgrade, which costs a whopping $975, delivers incredibly limited value: for Google Ads, there is no server-side tracking provided at all, and for GA4, only the purchase event is sent via server-side — no other events are supported.
The price they're asking is frankly exorbitant compared to what's actually being offered. In the past, Analyzify was much more transparent and honest about their services, but this time their communication was deliberately ambiguous to push customers into purchasing.
There are much more complete alternatives available on the market today with a significantly better value proposition. Until Analyzify offers a complete server-side tracking solution at a reasonable cost (covering all events for all services, including Google Ads), there's absolutely no reason to spend so much money on such a limited service.
I appreciate that the Analyzify team acted professionally, acknowledged the lack of clarity, and provided a full refund. Analyzify remains a solid product for its core features, but I strongly advise Lifetime users to be cautious and carefully evaluate the server-side upgrade before purchasing. Transparency is essential when asking for such high prices, and in this regard, the company has definitely disappointed.

Analyzify has been WONDERFUL to work with. They are amazingly capable of setting up Google Analytics, and better yet, they are amazingly patient with my unending questions, and requests.

I can't think of a better 'partner' to work on our analytics.

I only have good things to say about this app. The team is excellent and they are extremely helpful. When we had some issues with an update that was needed, they fully stepped in to assist us. They provided updates and when I needed to be the one to adjust something; they sent me easy to follow directions. They are definitely worth the cost. 100%
