This app is amazing and the support team is even better! The support rep, Mael, was very responsive and helped me get my model up and running very quickly. I highly recommend this app for any 3D customizer needs.

First of all, this is the BEST 3D configurator out there.
I made a hinge research and tried a lot - Angle 3D configurator is the best. Its stunning how many features are included. there is hardly no limitation and its so smooth to use! Furthermore the Support ist the greater I have ever experienced! They take the time with you to look at things and even help you to set up stuff. I had 2 issues and both were solved in 12h. This is super fast and so sophisticated! I wish I could give 10 stars! YOU GUYS ROCK!

I just had a talk with Maël to see if the app was what I was seeking. I was really amazed at his honesty, insights, and superb customer service. In my personal need for the webpage, unfortunately, this app doesn´t help and it was Maël who told me this wasn´t fit for me. The fact that he was able to help me instead of telling me to download and pay for the app talks great about the values of the people behind the app. I wish Maël and his team the best, and for whoever this app could work, rest assured there's a team behind who are there to help your webpage grow!

Mael was very helpful. He was honest about how using their app maybe overkill for our store and advised us to use the free, native 3D viewer in Shopify. He also pointed us to some resources to get our files professionally converted to the appropriate format to get us started. We will be back to use the app if the complexity of our models increases.
