It says free but as soon as I got it and opened it, it told me to start the free trial and when I clicked on the link to start the free trial it told me to pay them. NOT Free
Hi! I can see where the confusion might be coming from, but I want to clarify how our pricing works.
Our app IS free - completely free for development stores (the "Test" plan shown on our pricing page). If you're building and testing your store, you can use it at no cost.
For live stores that are actively selling, we offer a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. You are NOT charged during the trial period, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
So to be clear:
Development store = completely free
Live store = 7 days free, then $1.79/month if you choose to continue
