Very helpful staff, but had to remove the app, did not function properly at all. Was not loading attached to the page, so every time a page loaded, the page dropped down under the banner to load. Was extremely distracting, with no solution. Cannot use a banner if it causes every single page of the site to move down every time you refresh or click to the next page. Should really be resolved.

Sorry to see you go. However, this is the nature of apps on Shopify, because Shopify loads apps after loading the page, which causes a small delay when loading the page for the first time.
