It does not work for targeting like it says it does, and it does not work for being able to run in specific categories. I've tried to contact customer support several times, they just blame me and say that I'm not using it correctly or don't know how to use it.

Highly recommend this app! I was struggling with a display issue where my popups wouldn't show up despite correct settings. I reached out to support, and Bashar was incredibly professional and efficient. He quickly identified a jQuery compatibility issue within my theme and fixed it promptly after I granted collaborator access. Everything is working perfectly now. I run an artisanal brand selling Made in Italy leather bags and cashmere, so I needed an upselling app that didn't look pushy or cheap. Attrac is exactly what I was looking for. It's incredibly intuitive to set up. I am currently using the Cart Goal bar to offer a complimentary gift when customers reach a certain threshold, and the Cross-sell pop-up to offer matching accessories.
What makes this app a game-changer is the 'variant selector' feature: my customers can choose their preferred color directly from the pop-up without leaving the cart or interrupting their shopping flow.
