Great app - support are very helpful

No Customer Support! App Does Not Work!

I've been using this app for years and it's been great, but there must have been a software update somewhere, because the app now no longer works, and the customer support is non existing.

It shouldn't take a 1 star review to get someone's attention, will update if they reply.

Sharing my experience - 2023 - 2025

4th Aug 2023:
What just happened? Out of nowhere, black bars appeared on my site. The settings were changed without any notice, and suddenly my website was misaligned. I had to manually disable it. Extremely disappointing!

16th Aug 2023:
Updating my review after 12 days of trying to resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts to get help, there’s still no solution. I paid $499 for a lifetime plan, but at this point, I feel like I’ve thrown my money away. Honestly, it’s a waste of both time and money. I found that Scale Up Announcement Bar is a much better alternative.

20th Oct 2025:
Two years later, and I’m still dealing with the same issues. Do not buy this app. I deeply regret paying for the lifetime plan. The app consistently malfunctions—despite me disabling the bars, they still appear on my site for up to an hour. What’s worse, their support is non-existent; sometimes it takes over an hour to get a response. I will continue to share my poor experience here because it’s frustrating to see no improvements. If you’re serious about your business, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this app. We're finally cutting ties, and honestly, the money spent was just a waste.

The app is extremely responsive and works just as described. I wanted the "DAYS" section removed from my banner and was able to reach out to their help desk and receive help within minutes from laxmi. They were also able to troubleshoot a display issue on the product page specifically that didn't show on the other pages. Great app, great people!

This announcement bar app is very easy to set up and it just works. I like that you can show a different font size on mobile displays.
