This App is perfect. The Announcement Bar is the best one I've used. You can place it where you want and there are lots of functions you can change to suit the way you want it to look. The customer support is really good. Any questions and they are prompt in replying back.
This app is very easy to use and a great app overall. I used this app to add various banners to my store.
