I cannot say enough good things about this app and the CEO, Thomas Hill. Our company went viral this year. We’ve had a 400% increase in sales and we’re still growing. Our “team” consists of the owner and myself. We were going crazy trying to manage the massive influx of customer service requests. We were working late into the night. Since we’ve added Answer AI, it’s cut our work down 90%. Their app integrates with our ReCharge subscription app. So customers can easily manage their accounts. It’s been the biggest blessing. We had reservations before using Answer AI Or any chat app due to the negative experiences we have had as consumers on other sites. I’m so happy we ignored ourselves as this app really is very good and far superior to any app I’ve used on any other website.
