This is by far the best AI Chat Bot on the Shopify app store. I have tried pretty much all of them and they are glitchy and do not understand the nuances of a conversation so fail to provide a high level of support. Answer AI I can 100% vouch for as being a far superior and more intelligent app. It has been a game changer for our customer service, It understands everything a customer can ask and provides instant answers cutting down our support needs by circa 70%. The team is brilliant and went above and beyond to onboard and customize the set up to our needs. in 2024 every business needs and can benefit from this app, it is a no brainer and the best of its kind in the market place.

We've been using Answer Ai in production for 6 weeks now and the system is very good. We can easily tweak and tailor our answers based on what the customers are asking. The app team have been super helpful throughout the implementation. Support is first class too and queries are answered quickly. The system learns all the time, and suggests what we should create next, which we as a team regularly review.
We've reduced our customer email & phone contact queries and have been able to convert many manual chats to sales opportunities.

With the Ai in place, the team can deal with other higher-priority queries while the Ai does the basics replies around deliveries and returns. We like that the Ai can check and post back delivery status to the customer even including the tracking URL, which is a great feature.
