A great app. You can review the chats with customers and see which the AI has been able to answer and where it needs more information. You can then customise it and build up more specific responses and build the knowledge base of the AI.

What can i say apart from this is an exceptional app and second to none when it comes to AI chat support for your business. Brilliant app! We are a small team so to free up time by having Answer AI installed has been invaluable to us.
