You can create a new page and paste the shortcode in that page to display form in a new page or you can paste it accordingly, where you want to display the form.

How do I get started?

To get started, install the app into your Shopify store. From there, you will be directed to set up your anywhere custom forms Global Configuration, which you can change according to your need. Now by pasting shortcode of the form created in a separate page or wherever you want to display the form, you are ready to go.
