Product Tabs ‑ Easy Tabs

I just downloaded this app and as I was trying to figure out how to do everything, a very kind rep asked if they could help and did everything for me. Excellent service, couldn't ask for more and will be looking at the other apps they offer, as they've already proved the customer service is friendly, professional and goes above and beyond.

This app looks like it does a great job. I later decided I didn't need it as my theme has this feature build in. The customer service was awesome though. I got a response back in like 2 minutes and they removed it from my store. The only reason I removed it is my theme has this feature.

Well, I must be the anomaly, as I have not gotten install support or any response for that matter. I installed 4 hours ago. Chat box states they are "live and ready to help"... I've requested via chat 2x with no response.
Emailed, no response. I want to try this app, but can't get it to work.

I needed the capabilities of a tab layout for my product description and I found Product Tabs - Easy Tabs to be easy to use and handy. I had a request about some customization with the style and Matt was quick to respond and was patient to go through to make sure I was happy with the result. I would recommend this app.
