Best customer service, very personal which is nice compared to other pod apps. Great quality products and super reliable. Using them for both shopify and etsy is great.cheers!

We are trying our best to give better support to our users. I know that time difference is a bit problem (because we are in UK) but I believe we are doing ok.
Instead of adding more support team members to cover other time zones who has no idea about our services and printing, we are trying to keep the support team small but efficient.

***UPDATE***
After a customer's order was shipped back to them, i sent an email to them about the time urgent matter because we are awaiting a youtube video about our product line. 8 days later, no email back. What a great way to show off our product line..
quality is great... Turn around time on receiving an order is excruciatingly painful. Takes 2-3 weeks for any order. Ridiculous. No customer wants to wait that long.

Thank you so much for the review and and we totally understand your concerns. Our standard production time is around 3 to 5 days but depends to the destination shipping time could be different. Please keep in your mind we are in UK. We are trying our best to find faster shipping options for our customers. At least you liked the quality :)

This app is pretty easy to use, has a good amount of options but the shipping times (3 weeks and counting) is horrendous. I'll be switching to another company that has better shipping. Luckily it was just a test order back in April 24th but if it were an actual customer I know I wouldn't here the end of it.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the shipping timeframe, we know how important to you and your customers to receive the orders as soon as possible, we investigated what happened to make sure we did not miss anything on our part. I have below the timestamp of the order progress from the start:
April 24th - Order received in our AOP APP
April 27th - Order was paid and was forwarded to our production for processing, once the order is paid only time production process will start.
May 4th - Order shipped within the time frame (5 business days)
May 7th - Our US facility received the order
May 8th - Order passed to the USPS
May 10th - USPS scanned and received the order
Looking at this, the order is with USPS now, as we all know, we do not have control over shipping delays with the courier once we handed over the orders to them, we at AOP make sure that orders are processed and shipped out as soon as we can.

Y'all, download this app. Although I'm a relatively new ARTHOUSE_STREETFASHION startup, I've experimented with every POD / AOP vendor available; I've worked with manufacturers & printers directly. This is the supreme app for a few reasons. 1. Seamless design tool that works with surgical precision. 2. Product variety.
3. Overall interface design. Hands down leading the pack.

I have been working with AOP + and have developed an excellent working relationship with the owner and his team. The High Quality custom FaceMasks were an amazing addition and we're selling tons of them that are being delivered quickly and without fail unlike our mask experience with other POD's. Quick turn, great quality and satisfied customers helps us sleep better at night! My company owns multiple e-commerce businesses, all high volume and have worked with most of the POD's listed in Shopify Top 10 but no one compares to this company in terms of their caring about the product, quality, service, etc. The updated AOP+ app is a vast improvement over the last app this company used and they are always open to suggestions to make it better. I love the Facebook group which they offer which is very active with helpful users. The owner Uygar has created a community amongst competitors and this is not easy to do! I'm very satisfied with app and highly recommend it to other.

It stinks to write this review, since I was at one point very happy with their services. AOP+'s Chat staff very much tries their best.
That being said, the app is irrevocably broken and will not sync your orders from Etsy. Loads of emails and requests will just have a (very sweet and helpful) IT worker to just manually import them each time. You have to ask for this specifically.
Also, since the imports don't always happen 1-1 with Etsy, neither does billing---and good luck trying to make a partial payment just to get some production done on time without delays.
***You have to pay for your entire production budget separately on their site, for all items, all at once, as opposed to piece-by-piece. Meaning they can hold your entire week's worth of orders hostage until you pay them in full for everything. This was the final nail in the coffin for me. I will likely be moving on to another POD competitor to get my printing done.
