We are trying our best to give better support to our users. I know that time difference is a bit problem (because we are in UK) but I believe we are doing ok.
Instead of adding more support team members to cover other time zones who has no idea about our services and printing, we are trying to keep the support team small but efficient.

Has a good variety of products, great pricing! I like that it lets you upload a design and then gives you all the previews. Then you can just toggle on the products you want to use.

The quality was great and consistent and the delivery was prompt. Their variety is strong. The app is simple to use but not immediately intuitive as I expected it to be more complicated.

Nice app !! I wish it could be much easier with the design tool, but for now its good. The app need an upgrade, so its easy to find stuff.
