Great App with Excellent Support!
The app is what I need. The app is easy to use, works seamlessly, and offers great options to boost sales through bundling. What stands out even more is the customer service team – they are absolutely amazing! Quick to respond, super helpful, and always go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to increase their store's revenue with bundled offers.

thanks for this great app
The app works really well. I got great support from Tiffany tailoring it to match my websites theme.
Rubbish app. Created and saved fixed bundle offer but nothing appear under offers.
Hi,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with our app. First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered.
It appears that our support team has not yet received any inquiries via live chat. Since you mentioned some difficulties in setting up the Bundle campaign, would you mind sharing more details about the specific steps where you're getting stuck? According to our app log, it seems that no campaign has been created yet—perhaps there was an issue during the saving process?
Please also note that for the app to function correctly, the app block must be added to your theme. I’d truly appreciate the opportunity to assist you directly in configuring the bundle as intended. I’d be more than happy to provide 1-on-1 support until everything is working smoothly.
I've sent a follow-up email with more information regarding the issue and a possible solution. I look forward to your response and the chance to support you further.
Warm regards,
Lydia
