Don't waste your time if you use Dawn as the app is apparently not compatible with basic functions within this theme. Wasted almost a whole week talking to tech to try to figure out why the discounts were not applying.
Staff was very helpful and friendly but the overall app does not work well.

The current behavior with the two “Add to cart” buttons is expected, as one button works with the theme quantity selector while the other works with the volume discount widget to ensure discounts are applied correctly. That said, after reviewing your feedback carefully, our dev team confirmed that we can support a custom setup to display only one button while still keeping the discount working properly.

We’d really appreciate the opportunity to assist you further and help customize this for your store. We’ve also sent you an email to discuss this in more detail, and I’ll personally follow up on your case to make sure it receives the highest priority from our side.

Does not work with Dawn Theme. Great support/team is willing to help but the app just doesnt work for anyone using the Dawn them on their Shopify store.

I'm Lydia, Customer Success Lead at AOV.ai. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry the setup experience wasn't smooth.

The app does work with your Dawn theme. The issue here is that we didn't do a good enough job explaining how Mix and Match bundles display pricing.

Since a bundle includes multiple products, the price changes based on what the customer selects, so the bundle product page hides the static price and shows the live total inside the app widget instead. This requires a small configuration step that we should have walked you through from the start.

That's on us, and I apologize for the confusion. I'd love the chance to set everything up for you from scratch. Just let me know what you need, and I'll take care of it personally.

From what you described, it seems the app may not have been set up or displayed correctly. In most cases, the app needs to be enabled in App Embeds and added as an App Block in your theme for it to show properly on the storefront. We also noticed you couldn’t reach our live chat, which is not the experience we want for our users—there may have been an unexpected issue on our side.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were trying to test the app, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Customer service is attentive in the live chat, but I keep having technical issues with the incorrect products being displayed for the bundles. After speaking to customer service they always have to "escalate the issue" and I don't have time to keep having issues "escalated" and waiting for their team to solve it. These issues are minor and completely defeat the purpose of adding a bundle app to my store—the app needs more work before it can be used. Decided to remove the app instead.

Because all products in your store are grouped under a single collection called “All products,” our system was unable to correctly determine which specific items should be offered in the Frequently Bought Together campaign. This caused the app to display unexpected product suggestions.

Tried the AOV Bundles app because it was free, but it ended up costing me time and headaches. The setup was confusing, the bundle display didn’t look clean, and worst of all, it caused bugs on my product page. Customers couldn’t even add to cart properly. I wouldn’t trust it on a live store

Additionally, I noticed you mentioned a potential bug affecting the Add to Cart button. However, upon checking the log from our side, it appears that no campaign has been created yet, nor has the widget been added to the storefront.

According to our app log, it seems that no campaign has been created yet—perhaps there was an issue during the saving process?
