Excellent support and a great app!
Susan provided outstanding support throughout the entire process. She quickly identified an issue that I would never have found on my own and helped me resolve it within minutes. Communication was friendly, professional, and very efficient.
She even went the extra mile and adjusted the snippet font to match my Shopify theme, which made everything look much more polished and consistent.

There are a few features we would love to see added and more customization options specifically for the Volume Table. It cannot show the variants, and that is big for our type of commerce.
Does not work with Dawn Theme. Great support/team is willing to help but the app just doesnt work for anyone using the Dawn them on their Shopify store.

The app does work with your Dawn theme. The issue here is that we didn't do a good enough job explaining how Mix and Match bundles display pricing.
Since a bundle includes multiple products, the price changes based on what the customer selects, so the bundle product page hides the static price and shows the live total inside the app widget instead. This requires a small configuration step that we should have walked you through from the start.
That's on us, and I apologize for the confusion. I'd love the chance to set everything up for you from scratch. Just let me know what you need, and I'll take care of it personally.

Very Good application / easy interface / Very helpful and quick support - Just have lack of some ecommerce features that are essential for every clothing store. Therefore :- App does not yet support selecting specific variants of a product for a bundle. Currently, the bundle setup applies to the entire product instead of individual variants.
I received the best customer assistance in my life from Tiffany. Really recommend this app! Fast help, good design, very easy to implement.

Clean, fast, and highly effective bundling tool.
A lot of bundle apps are clunky and slow down your site, but AOV.ai is incredibly lightweight and looks beautifully native on our product pages. The backend dashboard is very intuitive, and the automated AI upsell recommendations are incredibly accurate. It has significantly boosted our multi-item order rate with zero hassle. Excellent app!
